Conference bookings are long, so if you start one and do not finish it, we save your progress in your own browser's local storage. This is not a cookie and it is never sent to us — it stays on your device.
Please be aware: if you have started a booking for a child or young person, that saved draft can include everything you had entered — their name, date of birth, dietary requirements, any SEND or medical information, and emergency contact details.
It stays in your browser until you complete the booking or clear your browsing data. If you are using a shared or public computer, we would encourage you to finish the booking or clear your browser data before you walk away.

When you pay, you are taken to Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe sets its own cookies to process the payment securely and to prevent fraud. These are controlled by Stripe, not by us, and are covered by Stripe's privacy policy. Your card details are never sent to us.
